Shaun and Melanie and colleagues you guys were absolutely amazing it was my first time ever sorting a funeral you all made me feel so comfortable and at ease the service was second to none and my dad looked amazing in the Chapel I can never thank you enough for what you done for my dad and my family thanks again Shaun from Scott Eldridge and family

From start to finish, Melanie and Shaun provided the most professional service, with such kindness and empathy. They guided us smoothly through a very difficult time and we will always remember the outstandingly efficient way they conducted the whole procedure. Every detail was as we wanted it. Dear Mel and Shaun...apologies for a delayed message of thanks to you both...My family and I can't thank you enough for taking such care of our beloved George...there wasn't any request too much trouble...no question silly enough to be considered. You made the whole family feel at ease...from the 1st contact to the number of phone calls before and after George's funeral.Mel for your time, reassurance, guidance and patience, the little touches that made such a huge difference to us at this very sad time...we thank you for the bottom of our hearts.Shaun for making George's young children feel involved and laugh, trekking across the fileds...dodging the rain, sheep and chickens...us in our wellies...you in your lovely polished shoes...all to make it possible to let George back to his home before his service.Both of you never rushing us, giving us time, making us feel comfortable, your patience when we were too upset to continue, guiding us when we were struggling to make decisions that were right for us as a family and taking time to understand what was right for our darling George.Thank you again...kindest regards Jacqui, Susan and the Doull family...keep safe...God bless xx

Shaun and Melanie do a wonderful job with kindness, care and attention to detail. They invest genuine interest in the people who walk through their door and that really does show on the day; little touches that make all the difference and the comforting sense of being in safe hands. They are the ones I would choose if I were planning a loved one's funeral or, even, pre-planning my own and I'm very fussy...

Shaun and MelanieI dont even know where to start, from start to finish you made our saddest days feel ok. You took care of my dad and every wish we requested in his memory was honoured by you both, you are both a credit to the industry. When we came to visit dad at country funerals you gave us as much time as we needed when we went in to see dad he looked beyond amazing his boots were shining and I've not seen him look that alive in such a long time.I really dont think thank you is enough.Thank you for taking such good care of us and my sleeping dad.

Sean and Mel were fantastic, they took care of everything. Such a good partnership, they took all my worries away, Sean even came out at 2am in the morning to collect my husband. Mel made sure I was as stress free as possible and when the hearse arrived on the day, it lifted my spirits to see that they were Silver opposed to the depressing Black, that was a lovely touch. This lovely couple are recommended to do a wonderful job, I highly recommend them.

Shaun and his team arranged a perfect send off for our mum this week, along with Sue at Cosgrove Green Burial Meadow. He was happy to listen to all our requests, and to tailor everything to our wishes, and there was no rush or pressure. On the day, Shaun stayed with us near the graveside to make sure everything was OK, and he was the epitome of respect and discretion but also friendly and happy to chat to us all as well. Thank you all!

I can’t thank Shaun and Melanie enough for their professional and sensitive arrangements for my husband, Alan Thomas’s funeral, throughout the process. Everything was perfect, and my family and self were so reassured from beginning to end.
