Needed 300x600mm tile to match existing tiles in bathroom. Couldn't ask for better customer service from McCartneys, even with a late request of mosaics, it wasn't a problem. Sometimes it really does payoff using local businesses than big DIY shops.

I cannot thank the team at McCartney Tiles enough. They have done an amazing job to source some tiles for me. Their communication and attention to details is spot on. The required tiles had actually been discontinued. However, they went above and beyond to check with the manufacturer in Spain to see if they had any in remaining in stock. Fortunately they had just enough left but no long produce them.They have been open and honest about all costs which I believe a good value for money. There assistance had made the repairs to my en-suit much easier. I have no hesitation to recommend and use them again. Truly so helpful, honest and genuine. Thank you
