In for bodywork, managed to somehow return my car to me with an engine fault, white smoke pouring out of the exhaust. No admission to clearly driving it whilst in their possession. Zero interest in helping resolve, apparently just a ‘coincidence’. Avoid.

After someone hit our car in a car park recently, we took it up with our insurers who recommended Balgores Motors for the accident repairs.Faultless communication throughout and the work completed was done to a very high standard and the car looks good as new again!

Staff not helpful. Promised us a quote for accident repairs but we never got it. They were humming and hawing whilst examining the car.

My car went in for a new bumper and paint work. The quote was over 4K. It was delivered back to me in a worse state than i gave it to them in, see pictures below .Needless to say i didnt accept delivery and the manager has agreed it is below standard. Shame they didnt check it before sending it back to me.

Balgores were extremely slow at getting my car repair completed. Full details were provided but the garage was not able to provide any kind of estimate or quote to me, with no details of the breakdown of work, so essentially it was out of my control. I chased reception numerous times and was told “an engineer would send the details over” but it never came despite asking multiple times. Ended up going elsewhere, would not recommend.
