I have shopped here for a while now and never had any issues until now, I realised when I arrived at the store I hadn’t got my coin for the trolley and didn’t have any cash on me, me and my husband approached a member of staff who was stacking shelves at front of store and asked if she could help? Answer we aren’t allowed in the tills? We didn’t want cash we just needed a trolley? So that was us not doing our shopping there, went to another Iceland and they were more than happy to help

This is a huge store with so many food items and a huge selection of frozen food along with other items you would find in a supermarket. Worth taking a look in as reasonably priced to. Lots of deals like the 3 for £10

Got everything I needed. Good selection of frozen fruit and vegetables. Bit disappointed at the range of free from. They seem to have cut back. Vegan dessert please?
