Have never actually used their security services but judging by the blatant aggression and intimidation displayed by one of their drivers, despite driving a van that represents the company name (unfortunately did not get license plate), suggests the kind of unprofessionalism that is dangerous for security work.

This Company is a Disgrace. They are contracted by our Management Company to Service our Intercom System. As Residents we have to purchase our Alarm Pendants through this terrible firm.I had to purchase one which came from Supplier to Openview Security then to myself. It took 15days, I was given an explanation to the time taken which I cannot dispute. The Invoice from Openview Security was for £132.90 this includes VAT and delivery of £15.00. I have made some enquires and found that the same Pendants can be purchased through other Firms for £48.00, £49.00 and in one case no delivery cost. I have been in correspondence with this disgraceful company for nearly two months and got no further.i attach my proof.

Liars! I have reported the broken intercom system at our block run Tower Hamlets Homes multiple time. Each time Openview lied and said they fixed the problem. They even claimed to have phoned my mobile and knocked my door. More lies. They now say they are waiting on parts despite saying multiple times they had fixed the problem. Despicable. I hope the truth catches up with you.

Their idea of a 'quiet-close security door' is a joke! The door lock is so noisy when it connects, it can be heard from the back of the house! I get no peace at all as it was fitted to a stair door and my flat is right next to it. How can they not KNOW how noisy it is when they fitted it?? It's a nightmare.

10 days on and we are still waiting for our intercom and door entry system in a Retirement Block to be restored to working order. Useless company. Allegedly have made 6 arrangements to call and no show. Except they turned up unannounced on a Sunday pm, did nothing but took picture! Did not even have a tool bag with him!Sadly contracted to our managing agents, First Port so we cannot directly sack them which is what should happen. However we can make recommendations and reports and we shall.This is an emergency call out system,, we have no full time manager currently and some of us are rated severely vulnerable!What kind of people run a company this bad?

Absolutely useless, DO NOT USE THEM!!4 months, 3 engineers, 5 attended appointments (three of them to take details of the buzzer system, yes it took three appointments to simply take details because they were never passed on) and a million phone calls made by me because they NEVER call you back, AND MY BUZZER STILL ISNT FIXED!!

Booked an appointment 4 weeks ago confirmation letter followed arranged leave for today 10am text message recieved apponitment cancelled rebooked for tomorrow...I live in social housing but despite myths i go to work called the office they are not one bit intrested to add insult to injury i look out of the window and guess what there van is parked outside my neighbours who is having a check phoned back they couldnt care less. Great company avoid having them in your home so unproffesional

Absolutely appalling service, run by unprofessionals, a broken Intercom system and lock for communal door for the past YEAR. Making excuses time and time again and jobs being 'lost', communication not logged having the same conversation over and over again, the incompetence of this company has resulted in intruders entering my block and missing important mail resulting in delayed hospital appointments and not receiving results and now had debts doubled due to not receiving mail. Honestly one of the worst run companies I have ever came across. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I will update if and when this problem is rectified.EDIT- 3 months on, changed companies and the problems were fixed within 1 WEEK which proves the level of service from this company. Do not waste your time

The most disorganised company I have come across - sent me a letters chasing to get my electrical install tested. Told them that I was not a housing association. They insisted that I had to have the flat tested even though L&Q are no longer the managing agent. They then sent me a further 2 letters chasing me up to make an appointment, so made an appointment and took 1/2 day off work - no one turned up. When I rang to find out they had no record of the building on their books even though 2 other flats in the block had been tested that day. A company that really has no idea what they are doing or who they work for. Appalling.

Used by the council to install heat alarms in my flat, decided to put a heat alarm directly next to my shower door so now hot showers can and have set the alarm off. Emailed them to correct this and have received no reply or acknowledgement of my email.
