Jack and his team installed a bespoke sauna in our new loft space, and transformed it into a spa! We use it at least 3 times a week and it's a great way to unwind after a long walk. Jack helped us with the design and it's really well made, fitting a very awkward space under the eaves where we can both lie and relax. Definitely recommend!

I bought my Sauna from Steam and Sauna Innovation in 2017 … the installation was done seamlessly … the Sauna worked without any issues for 6 consecutive years despite being used almost every day. After 6 years I called them to replace the heater … no issues … they were onto to the job immediately and replaced my heater with a brand new one with utmost professionalism and attention to detail during the installation. You not only get a superb product from this Company but also great people who provide a fantastic proactive after sale service with a smile on their face!
