Honestly, 20 minutes for barely any food. The staff there just messing about taking there sweet time prioritising delivery order than actual customers in the shop. WHAT A JOKE. Get new staffFood good as always though

I must say, of all the large chain eateries in Leicester city centre, this one must be the worst.Orders are wrong 85-90% of the time, and it appears as though the staff don’t actually read the orders before preparing them.Every time I have been in, I have seen staff arguing and yelling at one another in the kitchen. For what reason I am unsure. But it just seems unprofessional in my eyes.Food tastes ok, provided the order has been fulfilled correctly.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend. Perhaps with improvement it could be better.

I usually order from here on an app but on Sunday I went into the store and I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes for a member of staff to even take my order even after I said excuse me" a few times. I was looked at then ignored and all the staff stayed in the kitchen without anyone saying to me how long I'd need to wait to even order my food. It was quiet in store and there was 1 person who had ordered and was waiting so I don't believe there was any reason why multiple members of staff had to be in the kitchen ignoring people. In the end I didn't even order my food as I was on my break and decided to go elsewhere."

Our visit to Taco Bell in Leicester was less than satisfactory. During our trip, I was excited to try this popular chain, and so, my girlfriend, her parents, and I decided to give it a try. We ordered three sets of two different tacos.Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few issues. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, we had to wait for our order for 20 minutes. Even more disappointing, when we finally received our food, it was all cold, including not only the tacos themselves but also the meat inside them.In light of these shortcomings, I would rate our experience at Taco Bell in Leicester a 3 out of 5. While the brand has its appeal, our specific visit left us wanting in terms of food quality and service…..

Went for the first time yesterday. Had downloaded the app which gave me a freebie crunchie taco. (Thank you Taco Bell.) Basically I got a very small very crisp (and as it turned out, very breakable) item with red kidney beans and super finely greated cheese.(No sauce or dressing, so rather dry) I had asked for a vegetarian version.As the taco continued to disintegrate the filling fell onto the wrapping paper. It made me wonder how they managed to fill it at all. Flavour wise it seemed rather bland. Drinks were all cold drinks. Sprite, cola. (£1.39 for the smallest size.) It was a cold day so I had hoped for a hot drink. None to be had. The decor was basic. The staff were friendly enough. I some how and expected to be more impressed by spicy food and a colourful decor and menu. Not sure if I will give it another go or just delete the app and chalk it up to experience.

Mildly disappointed to be honest, always wanted to try this place out. so I did. Nice place, clean and tidy, friendly staff. The food was a disappointment, well cooked but such little flavour and such a small burrito compared to other places in Leicester and any street vendor. I had the spicy one, it wasn't remotely spicy! Fries were nice though, nothing against the place, all lovely in that respect, but I've done it now.

I really want to like this place but on the two occasions I’ve visited, there has been no improvement. My first visit was when it first opened and the food was very bland, nothing to write home about. Two years later, I went in today to find that nothing has changed taste-wise. Beef tastes like it was boiled then thrown into oil, very greasy, bland and thrown together. I don’t think throwing bland beef and a bit of lettuce into a taco as dry as cardboard is something any Mexican would be proud of. I can’t visit here again unfortunately. The only good thing about my meal was the churros. Such a let down for such a popular US brand.

Incredibly clean place, seating upstairs was immaculate and this was during a Sunday lunch hour - food was very good value, the burritos were made with very fresh ingredients and was packed full of flavour. The wait time was absolutely minimal (3 minutes for two meals together.) If you appreciate this kind of food, you'd understand that this place is not bad at all. Will return again.Staff was also friendly and polite when asked for sauce and was checking if we had already ordered.

Worst place to eat in Leicester!Fast Food? Prepare to wait 20 mins for a single taco (when it’s not busy)…Quality? Non existent, if you happen to find their seasoning please return it to the store.Atmosphere? Tables are greasier than VO5 Gel.Service? You’d get more joy from visiting Guantanamo Bay.Overall? I’m not Mexican, but if I was it would be a disgrace to my ancestors.
