We are newcomers to country life, never had to deal with septic tanks before. We contacted this company and the receptionist & sales girl were lovely to deal with, the two lads that came to do the job, did a great job, were very efficient & lovely to deal with & gave us some good advice. Needed a job done in conjunction with neighbours in Dublin 7 on patching old drains. After getting a few quotes, John and his team were so professional, took time to explain everything, came in on price, booked the job fast and showed high quality of work. Followed up with report of work complete. Would highly recommend them!!

Called JHE in the morning and by the afternoon, problem gone! Our service tech was A-1, he was polite, competent, and went above and beyond to ensure our problem was resolved. He made sure everything worked once the task was done. Would highly recommend and will definitely call them for future services. The office staff was +++ also :)
