Sally is the most knowledgeable, understanding and patient personal trainer and nutritionist I have ever met. After having my second child I started working with Sally online with three workouts a week and a weekly check-in. It has worked perfectly for me and even gave me the confidence and strength to start running again! She breaks everything down so well, it's so easy to understand. True life lessons to learn and value. I cannot recommend Sally highly enough. Book with her now, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Sally is an absolute game changer. She is not just a run of the mill personal trainer, she really listens and creates a plan perfectly tailored to you.She has helped me work towards my goals in a totally achievable way, a lifestyle adjustment I know I can stick to. I've lost half a stone already, my clothes fit better and I haven't had to overhaul my life. I started with Sally as I knew I needed to exercise to stay strong and needed to do it safely for health reasons. She is very knowledgeable, so it is great to be able to get stronger without worrying about injuring myself.I’m also not a massive fan of exercise- with Sally an hour flies by and I look forward to it- genuinely feel like I’m cheating the workout system somehow! Plus I get useful information about how best to eat well for me, and encouragement to build in other activities.If you’ve been meaning to fit exercise into your week, but you’re never quite prioritising yourself enough- I would thoroughly recommend trying Sally- that one commitment makes a big difference!

Joined for 3 months ended up doing 7 because it motivated me so much.Never got bored with the excercises as Sally put in new ones. Really made me push myself and I now know a lot more about core than I ever did. Sally is really knowledgeable and really friendly and supportive.If you are thinking about a PT just do it!

I’d highly recommend getting in touch with Sally! She takes the time to really get to know what you need and tailors all her brilliant advice perfectly to you. There’s no pressure to sign up to any pre set plan, it’s all about what’s best for you. There’s so much conflicting advice out there when you’re pregnant and Sally cuts through all that with practical advice and gives you lots of variety of exercises to suit you throughout your pregnancy. I feel really confident to stay active now and know I’m looking after my body to set me up well for after the baby comes!
