My friend and I went to one of Lisa’s classes, one of us had been doing Pilates for a while and the other a complete beginner. Lisa’s class was absolutely perfect for us both! She’s a great instructor, super easy to follow whilst also offering beginner and more advanced options for her exercises. Would definitely go again!

Lisa is a lovely teacher, breaking everything down and offering options for those that wish to push themselves. I’ve only been attending for a few weeks but am already noticing a difference. It’s quickly become something I look forward to every week!

Opal Pilates
Lisa is an enthusiastic & knowledgeable Pilates teacher. The excercises can often be adapted according to your needs/abilities, & the dance studio it is held in has a full wall of mirrors, which is invaluable for checking your position/posture for the excercises.At this time of writing, the classes have only been running a few weeks, but I can already notice a difference in my flexibility & core.I can throughly recommend this class.

Lisa is a brilliant Pilates instructor. I have been to nearly every class she has taught at Bushey. She tailors her classes to suit everyone by giving easy and harder options.I would definitely recommend trying one session, you will be hooked!

I usually just go to the gym, but my friend recommended Pilates. I found Lisa’s post and attended her Tuesday session. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be attending as much as can!
