Best garage about for everything

I have used this garage for many years without issue until now.This should have been a simple warranty authorised repair but they screwed it up so badly that not only was i overcharged by almost £100, i am also left holding a bill for another £100 for a part covered under warranty but not included in the claim due to their incompetence.Garage charged me twice for a slave cylinder (overcharged £90). However the warranty company pointed out to me the clutch comes with a slave cylinder or i would have been none the wiser.The garage have since agreed to refund this part.Secondly they charged me for a Master cylinder not included in the estimate to the warranty company.While they did change the Master cylinder in the first instance it made no difference.Changing the clutch and Slave cylinder did fix the fault.I have no idea why garage did not include the Master cylinder in the estimate. Possibly because the warranty company would not pay for replacing parts that are not faulty i suspect.Garage will not refund this as they maintain the part was faulty. Two identical faults at either end of the clutch apparently.As both Master & Slave cylinders are warranty items I would have been fully reimbursed but since this was not in the estimate and not approved i will now have to pay for this warranty item. That cost me another £90.

Owners and staff are honest helpful, and friendly. I've recommended them to many of my friends and they all say the same. Excellent service.
