Waited over 15 minutes to make a cash deposit. Counter staff taking on work that should have been handed to back office so they aren't bored. Staff walking banking Hall happy to talk but no help. They need to get a grip of what they are there for. This is not well run management have no contact with public area. No wonder other customers unhappy lots of time to swap experience with them.

Called in for advice on opening a new account. The lady who we seen was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble (in the past we have tried several times in the manchester branch and could never get to see anyone) The stockport branch seems far better run than the manchester one. We will definitely be calling back here when we want more advice

Friendly staff and manager any problems I have had have always been sorted out

. I visited the Stockport branch on 21 June following an upsetting visit to my local branch in Marple. All the staff I spoke to in Stockport were lovely - they sensed I was upset and were kind and understanding and Kate helped me with my transaction which needed to be done on that day and I needed to be sure I was doing it correctly. It took about 5 or so minutes. Thank you Kate.I have to say that whenever I have visited the Stockport branch I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. They certainly make members feel valued. I shall only be using the Stockport branch in future.

Don't go into a branch very often friendly staff, did job efficiently.

Went to open an account for my daughter aged 12. We saw Sophie she was so helpful, polite and even though it's her job she still made my daughter feel like a very important person. My daughter said after leaving she was lovely and asked me why hasn't every shop got one of her!

On my visit to the Stockport branch today I received a warm and friendly welcome.I asked for advice, was dealt with immediately by Kate and Emily, and thematter was resolved in the usual proficient manner.
