I came here today because my phone was totally smashed. Apple said they can't do anything and I have bought a new one. I came to Zak Repair and they said they can fix it same day ,the price was so cheap. Great customer service, best shop in Coventry.

All dodgy had my phone repaired as in screen replacement and they changed my battery to a fake one it’s a straight no no for me or anyone else my iPhone 12 dies at 12%

I wish that I never passed to their shop, and will not recommend it to any one, i went with IC problem, the technician fixed it and asked me to sign out from my apple account, after few minutes while he went inside again to finalizing the screen fitting he came back with broken mother board in hand telling me your phone’s mother board had been broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very satisfied. I took my phone with a broken screen to get repaired and 20 minutes after collecting it I somehow cracked the screen again. I went back to the shop and he fixed it for me free of charge. Absolute legend.

I was travelling through Europe when my phone suddenly stopped working. I had five days in Coventry and this place was recommended by my friend, who told me they are honest people. They were so quick to fix my phone, even I only had a few days in Coventry . Great service. Great price. Phone now working and I am relieved as I can get on with my travels as planned. Highly recommended this place

After my phone was ran over by several cars, I thought my phone was irreparable, but the guys at Zak repairs managed to revive it and I am so impressed! Their service was incredibly fast and they gave me a great discount which I really appreciate as I'm a student. Definitely recommend everyone to go to them for a quality repair, fast service and great price!
