We went to Roberts jewellers to get my engagement ring resized as it was too big. They were very quick, friendly and so helpful!! My ring came back sparkling and the perfect size.

A very efficient and pleasant experience, the price was less than I expected and the service was on time. I was very impressed with the selection of items on display. In short if you need to have good old fashioned service Roberts Jewellers Cardiff Ltd., is the jewellers to go to and the price is right. It save's shopping around just one stop jewellers shop.

Amazing service. I chose a diamond ring for our Ruby anniversary and had my parent’s wedding rings inserted into it. I absolutely love it. Efficient, reliable, caring and great value for money. Would highly recommend.

I have just collected my watch from Roberts Jewellers that needed the metal strap adjusting as it had previously belonged to my late father and as per the previous jobs I have taken there, an excellent job had been carried out. Not only was it to my wrist but it had been reversed as my father had been left handed and therefore the clasp opened the 'other' way. In addition this 50 year old watch had been cleaned and polished and looked almost new.I have received excellent service from Roberts Jewellers every time I have used their' services. The shop is a lovely, traditional experience and the work is carried out on the premises, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with and their' prices are excellent.I have always had five star service regardless of the complexity of the job and I totally recommend Roberts Jewellers.

Amazing people and place. We went in with a lot of questions and all the staff were friendly, warm and just a pleasure to talk to. Fiancé found the most amazing ring made to measure, you can find nice rings anywhere but you won’t find the customer service it just general lovely atmosphere like you will here. I was somewhat bereft at hearing Chris say my mum’ s 90 yr old platinum and diamond ring needed securing as I never remove it!I left it with him along with my original gold wedding ring which , incidentally, I’d bought in the same shop 43 yrs ago- Brothers Bird it was then . Just over a week later it was ready. I tried it on and felt complete again!My wedding ring looks like it did in 1980. Shame I don’t!! Thanks Chris. I’ll be back for the 2 carat ring when I win the Lotto!Marvellous service.

Roberts jewellers repaired a ring that was missing a stone, which was my mum's. They found the correct stone, and repaired the ring. It looks as good as new and the price was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend this jewellers.

Iv just picked up my ring that I was having resized. After two other jewellers said it couldn’t be done with the specific ring, Robert’s Jewellers did an amazing job and in record time! 10/10 would definitely recommend anyone in need of repairs or resizing to come here, excellent service!

Wonderful local jewellery shop! The gentleman resized and cleaned all of my rings and replaced a diamond and some claws on another ring. I was so pleased with the craftsman ship. He also advised me to pop back in six months to have my engagement ring checked again as on of the claws is beginning to wear. A huge thank you to David and Angelic! Sorry for the late post. My rings were done back in July 2023 ! X
