Worst place IV ever worked treat staff and clients disgusting and when you raise a concern you arnt liked also just employ anyone too many inexperienced staff who just don't have a clue

My girlfriend was a support worker for this horrible/shocking company, they sacked her because of taking time off because of mental health issues which was worsened by working for them, its absolutely disgusting how a company who's job is to support mental has treated her like this and sacked her for mental health issues I'll be taking the matter further you would get 0 stars if that option was available, I'll be taking the matter up with health and safety and CQC and I could support my claim very easy

Well in my entire time working here there has been poor inductions, new people thrown in the deep end, toxic staff members allowed to get away with talking about and treating people poorly. I've seen alot of good workers leave because of poor work life balance, bad shift organising, completely undervalued, and if you're not part of the inner circle and bring up issues, you get ignored. There are better paid and more caring services to work for, this place is to be avoided.

Fantastic work collegues....they are however treated shockingly by a nasty double standard management team(registered and deputy)..its a shame as staff will and do go above and beyond....registered manager leaves tomoz so hopfully service might reach its full potential....management get rid of difficult service users and staff that dare to speak up..maybe things will change ..lets hope..also the worse training ive ever encountered...staff dont feel appriciated ,and theres always issues with staff not getting there correct wages or holiday entitlementLove new reviews ..one from manager one from team leader ..one from the team leaders wife(who now works there) and one from receptionist...review boost .really times must be hard !!!!

Wouldn’t give me the option for no starts they don’t even deserve one the company is unbelievably shocking the support there meant to offer is never there the staff turnover is ridiculous bad leaving there a strain on a staff and service users there more bothers about the money than running an effective care team with the correct person centred care they lack compassion and commitment to help service users as well as lacking the proper skills and knowledge to work with people like myself yes they have training but I wonder why there all useless when it comes to supporting individuals this place need shutting down for the better good of everyone staff are treated Bradley by management and setup e users don’t receive the support they need leading to negative situations and crisis all the things they say there going to do never happen help me bring them down to many lives have already been lost at the hands of these people to blame are those at the top of the food chain at head office get of your high horse and close the place down before there’s another death and more blood on your hands
