Would not use Woodmar and Tina again.So many issues with the whole process.1. Floor doesn't match sample.2. Delivery of floor weeks late- excuses after excuses. First half of floor turns up. Then had to wait a further 8 weeks to conclude the order.3. Some of the boarder was 20mm wider than the rest. Doesn't apologise but instead tells me to cut it down as it's only 10 minutes work.4. Extremly hard to get hold of. Doesn't answer for days or weeks.5. Requested for Woodmar to come and inspect the floor. She said they would, but weeks after I'm still waiting. No hope that they will come out and rectify. And has left us with a floor we don't like and a house we couldn't finish because the floor hasn't be able to go down.Would give 0 stars if possible.
