Flip Out Basingstoke

We had a wonderful Birthday Party at Flip Out. My Daughter and All her friends really enjoyed their time there and the food was great too!

Great place especially for kids to stay active. They enjoyed a dance off. The staff were so welcoming and helpful very attentive. Thanks

The reason why I am giving 2 stars is only the staff working in you place at the reception who are very polite and nice people. The rest things in our visit went way too worse that I would ever expect. As a visitor making the booking online to come to you place I feel disgusted with your facilities. We were told no on nearly single attraction my child was not able to use the facilities. Hello ,I understand the children under 1.2 meters height are not allowed to use almost anything. Really ? In Reading you pay half of the price for 2 hours session for the toddlers and the area is three times bigger than yours. We ended up leaving the building after 20 minutes with no having fun at all. Plus why do you charge for using the lockers? £2 ?I am sorry but I will never consider to come to your place anymore.

Booked an “unlimited “ session for my boys age 13 and 11. Both had a blast and rated it the best trampoline park in UK!

Overall a lovely experience. The staff were very helpful and considerate. Couple of negatives. The price paid for what a small 2 year old can do is too expensive, and the soft play area is too small.

I was pleasantly surprised by Flip Out, the activities were excellent and the food was actually quite nice. The worrying thing for me, was the lack of attentiveness from the safety staff. Rules that were clearly explained in the safety video were routinely flouted and the staff did nothing. The staff at reception and in the café were wonderful, but I am concerned about the safety of my kids here, but it seems to be industry wide. There isn't a trampoline park that I've been to where the safety staff were interested in what's actually going on. It does look amazing though, modern, artistic, some really fun activities, just safety concerns for me.

I saw pictures of Basingstoke flip out on reviews. It has different areas compared to the local flip out.My friend is always encouraging me to be more active as exercise can help with mental health etc.Although I wasn't feeling like doing this or anything we did go to flip out.It was good compared to flip out Southampton. The laser quest is a bonus to include in the session. Auto Lockers are great too.We were late by20minutes and they gave us the added time which was really nice.

We visited this place on a Sunday and it is actually fun for the kids. Tried the 1 hour all access activity, adults are charged £2 for being spectators and monitoring their kids. They have a really nice cafe with kids stuff, so kinda cool to hang out right after a heavy activity. Prices are a bit on the high but I guess that’s the same anywhere.

It's good in my opinion. I had enjoyed the stuff by the Lambo. I'd say it's fit for a lot of people.There is just one problem.So my brother has autism and does not like putting the socks on. He was having fun, jumping around and laughing, when a staff member spotted him without the socks on. He approached him. he tried to talk to him, but because of his autism, he just moved to another trampoline. Another staff member did the same but he didn't know what was going on, so he just ran. But in a happy way, because he was smiling (he likes being chased). Then the staff started a whole investigation about whose the parent with the kid with the blue shirt (he had a blue shirt that day)" After about 2 minutes

Excellent party! The party host was fantastic his name was Ollie! Really friendly and made sure all was good throughout, highly recommend
