No problems with delivery and friendly efficient service.Would have given 5 stars if, as a domestic customer, they had included VAT when quoting me a price. Didn't find out it would be 20% more until invoice arrived.

We get deliveries from Macleans and the service is always great. When I went to drop a parcel off for delivery today, the two people in the office went beyond good customer service to help me out. I cannot recommend them enough!

Terry delivery driver for ardnamurchan penninsula, appalling service. We seem to always have delivery slots of 5-9pm, shows out for delivery, majority of cases on numerous deliveries we get messages through at 8pm saying that he's given up and parcels won't be delivered today. Shocking service, giving Hermes a bad name.
