When I called, I was told an in store valuation is the only possible method.After asking if we could discuss a ballpark figure explaining I live a 2 hour round trip away and clearly wouldn’t want to make the journey if the quote wasn’t competitive I was again told no, an in store valuation is the only way.Remove the click-bait marketing messages from your website.

Prestige pawnbrokers were prompt and quick to respond to customers queries and their services is great. It's all quick and easy to use their services.

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience, I went into store yesterday after I had a conversation over the phone regarding pawning my bag , I was told that they had to have a look at the bag then they could make a decision on how much.Once I have arrived the lady that was seeing me was lovely. After she checked my bags, she said that she needs to find out the amount that she could loan me after a quick search on the computer.Not only she wanted to offer me £300 for 2 bags worth 2700.She then told me that she needs to Authenticate the bags and it can take up to 48 hours, she only told me this after she went to the back and had a chat with colleagues/manger and she saw the colour of my skin !!!!!!I wonder why this wasn’t told before , she could have told me * we will need to Authenticate the bags before any cash is given*They clearly decided to do this process after they had a discussion.Who goes trough that lengthy process for a 300 pounds loan, also from the company prospective I doubt very much that is procedure when you are giving me 300 pounds loan. I was not trying to sell the bag !!! How much are you paying for this so called checks ??I must mention that I also had both receipt with both bags, the only reason why I didn’t go trough it it’s because it was gonna take 48 hours and I only needed the money for 48 hours!!!!!!!The manger also briefly came to look at my face pretending she was doing something at the front.Overall horrible experience as I don’t think I was treated fairly and equally as everybody else.

I was always a big fan of the show, so when it came to selling my Chanel handbag and jewellery Prestige was an obvious choice.I received absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Justin, who was attentive throughout the whole process.A big thank you to Alex and Marta, you were both so helpful and generous with your offer.The only shame was that the team I dealt with didn’t appear in the show! I took into the store at grace church street amazingly good louis vuitton handbag discontinued but very covetable the quality is amazing the leather and hardware is in perfect condition only used 3x if that you couldn't call this a small bag I'd say medium there is a small stain on inside of bag which I have subsequently removed ..it came with receipt box and not dust bag but a louis vuitton bag..they offered me £200 ,I was so shocked I asked them to repeat a couple of times needless to say I'm trying other avenues to sell as I thought this was a disgraceful offer ..so will not return with my hermes bag I wanted to sell ..as do not think there valuation is fair !!!!

visited store for valuation of my designer jewellery and some gold that I don't use any longer . Alex was very professional and despite not giving me the amount that I needed to accept I was contacted by branch manger Marta who kindly re consider the value and offer me the acceptable amount . I was very happy with customer service and glad that we manage to conclude with both sides happy . Highly recommended!!
