After a Unexpected loss of a baby we had to sort out a funeral which was new to us as we had never planed a funeral in the past so we went out and shopped around a few funeral directors and G&L just stood out as we walked through the door and spoke to Gaynor she was such a lovely women and made us feel so comfortable it kind of felt like a home from home, anyway we sat down and spoke to Gaynor and she sorted us a price out, and it was the best quote we had" she let us go home and have a talk over the weekend and it let us pick what funeral directors we wanted she was not pushy at all but to be honest I think we chose g&l masons as soon as we walked through the door

What can I say really can't thank these enough me and my brother had no idea on where to start with our mom funeral but gaynor sorted it all for us. Our mom had to come all the way from Plymouth some of the bigger companies what to charge up to 4000 pound to bring her back, but G&l only charged us £350 they really do put their customers first. Would Highley recommend.

G and L Mason handled my husband Pete's funeral for me. Gaynor and her team were so professional. They treated my husband, myself and our family with such respect. The funeral was beautiful. We were all really pleased with how it went. I would recomend G & L Mason Ltd to anyone who needs to organise a funeral. Gaynor supported myself and my family through an extremely difficult time and continues to do so even now, 2 months after the event. She took the time to listen to us and made organising my husband's funeral so easy, ensuring the day went without a hitch and for that we will be eternally greatful. Gaynor took into account all of our additional wishes, sourcing music, flowers, the order of service and a piper to play for us. This took away all the pressure allowing us the time we needed to grieve. She took care of my husband during the time between his death and the funeral and I felt comfort knowing he was in her care.
