Although their website states that they are open, they did not answer their doorbell nor telephones. I stood at their door step from 14.15 till 14.45. Others joined me yhere and left, frustrated.I had travelled from Northampton in response to their staff phone call inviting me to pick up my goods. There was nothing said by that official about Anchor Lab closing earlier than the Christmas opening hours stated on their website. According to their website they will be opened tilĺ 3.30 today. Friday 23rd December 2022.But at 14.15 they were closed.I am so disappointed.

Sent off some gems after paying the agreed for certification valuation with all papers sent back gems saying there shnthetics demanding another 300 to value them and get the paper work
