I have been going to the studio for the last 2 years after I had issues with my feet when running, following the advice by the physio I consulted. Although my injury got better, I carried on with the weekly session because it is fun, instructive, relaxing, challenging but always tailored to my needs and all that is done in a friendly atmosphere. Whether stress or anything else wakes up akes and pains in any parts of the body, there are exercises to be done to help!

A true professional, Ilse is an excellent teacher and one of the best I’ve had. Every exercise is given a clear explanation of benefits to your body and I always leave the class feeling inches taller and all my pent up stress from the week has melted away. I would whole heartedly recommend Pilates classes with Living Pilates.

I've been doing equipment Pilates with Ilse for over 2 years now and I can honestly say it's one of the best things I've ever done for my body. My fitness and muscle strength has improved in exactly the areas I needed to work on. Ilse takes the time to design a personal plan and review regularly, setting more challenging exercises to build on. She's always professional and also has a fantastic sense of humor. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
