From the very start Andrea was amazing, she went over and above to make everything run as smooth as possible. We had a number of issues that had nothing to do with the funeral directors but Andrea did everything she could to resolve. She was at the end of the phone at all times. I genuinely believe we would not have had the same experience had we used a different funeral directors. I would highly recommend.

Andrea was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She made the whole process easy for us to navigate through and showed patience and compassion to us at a very difficult time. We were able to have the service we wanted thanks to Gareth the Celebrant who was wonderful and spoke so warmly on our behalf. We would have no problem in recommending Rogers services to anyone else looking to find a funeral director.
