Tesco Travel Money

Although website stated that the bureau was open, it was closed and staff were unable to confirm that it would be open by Monday. A wasted trip.

Rebecca seems quite rude to be honest, I'm hard of hearing and couldn't really hear a word she said cos if all the back round noise in store and didn't offer an envelope to put money in so had to walk out holding several 100s worth of money. Her persona was all wrong for someone dealing with excited travellers.

I go away a lot and always use Tesco. Rebecca is always really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Tesco give a good exchange rate compared to other companies.

In spite of the website stating this foreign exchange is open on Mondays apparently it is closed Sundays and Mondays. Having made a special journey to Tesco Martlesham to get our holiday currency I am very disappointed !! Not the service you would expect from Tescos
