ProsGood hotel for the priceBedroom clean and staff friendlyGood for the train station and walking into city centreConsSo noisy! Both from the road and other roomsNo parkingBed quite thin and creakyAdviceI wouldn’t stay again at the weekend - it was far too noisy. A stag do got back at about 4am and were then noisy for an hour and nobody stopped them. The walls are extremely thin and I would ask to not stay in room 1 if I went again as it was right by the front door, which was also noisy.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed & a hot shower. Staff were very friendly.Great location for the station and only a 10 minute walk into the city centre.Breakfast was a bit of a disaster with the Chef not turning up, but the hotel insisted on a refund for the Breakfast - so all is good.

Great location, close to the railway station and a lovely view from our window overlooking the canalThe room was clean and comfortableBathroom was a little tired looking but OKTea and coffee making facilities availableCar parking street ticket available for a cash deposit of £50Unfortunately the walls are quite thin so you can hear noise from adjoining rooms... However on the night we chose to stay the couple next to us decided to have a domestic which lasted a couple of hours... You could hear every word... You could also hear people moving about in rooms above us and guests coming and going.... We refer to it as the noisy one... I'm sure in different circumstances it could've been a more enjoyable stay as it started off so wellYoung lady in reception was lovely

Excellent staff and service as I was going trough a hard time made me feel very welcome clean rooms. And if I needed anything they wnt out of there way and one of the best breakfast I've had would highly recommend. Xxx

A lovely location, less than 5 minutes walk from railway station and so close to the river. Friendly reception staff. This was my third stay here. Highly recommended.

We were greeted and welcomed by a pleasant gentleman ( possibly the owner). It turned out I have overpaid on the website and they have informed me of it and returned the amount on my arrival. I was pleasantly surprised with the honesty. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, it was a comfortable and cosy experience for a great price, and you felt appreciated as a customer. I would stay in this hotel again when visiting Norwich. It was the perfect location for our night out.
