Geeted as soon as we arrived. The sales assistant Nav was friendly & knowledgeable he guided us throughout. Recommended for my husband & I to use the sleepmatch, helping us to make the right choice. We were offered a drink and made to feel welcome. Very happy with the service we received and would highly recommended Dreams.

Upon entering the store in Luton, I was greeted warmly by a friendly and attentive staff named Naveed. He had a genuine smile on his face and was interested in helping me find the right mattress. I explained to him my concerns and requirements, including my preference.Naveed carefully listened to my concerns and began explaining the different types of mattresses available. He was incredibly knowledgeable.He then invited me to try out sleep match & several mattresses, ensuring I could personally experience the comfort and support they provided. Throughout the process, Naveed was patient and gave me ample time to test each mattress.What impressed me the most was Naveed's attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to find the perfect match, making the entire process feel personalised and thoughtful.Thanks to Naveed's exceptional customer service and commitment to finding the perfect mattress, I now enjoy restful nights of sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and energised. His genuine care and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations, and I will undoubtedly recommend him and the store to anyone searching for a new mattress.

A very friendly and professional greeting by Nav who suggested we use the special machine to test what mattress type would suit us best. This narrowed the choice down which was so helpful! He offered us pillows to try on the mattresses (wow! SO comfy we ended up buying them too!). Nav really knew his stuff and was very informative but we also liked that he gave us time in private too. Also offered a drink - great customer service and a positive experience all round.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to brother Naveed from the Luton Hatters Way Dreams branch. Absolute gem of a person. Naveed welcomed us in very kindly and warm. Always had a smile and made us feel comfortable through our visit. His product knowledge and company knowledge is absolutely brilliant and answered every query we had and assured us about any concern we addressed.Naveed was very patient with us and didn't rush us or be forceful to make a purchase. He showed us the Sleepmatch function and recommended the ideal pillow for our order.He kindly offered us a drink whilst making payment.Would highly recommend this branch and definitely recommend Naveed to look after you.

We were helped by your very confident and efficient Callum today. He was perfect, left us to browse but returned to us at the appropriate time to explain to us features of the mattresses we were interested. Callum took time to explain the functions of a good mattress and invited us to computer sensor bed so that we could get the best bed for us. We learned a lot from him today and it is because of him why we will be returning shortly to buy a mattered and maybe a bed from your store. I bought 1 memory foam pillow for my daughter today, if she gets on with it we will purchase two more for ourselves. Callum made us feel comfortable, offering us beverages although we declined as we had other places to go to. Overall top marks, thanks to your sakes person Callum. We will want him to tend to us the next time.

Went into the Luton branch today just on the off chance to have a look, was met with a lovely man called Nav, he was very polite and welcoming. He set us up on the sleep Match machine and basically took us straight to the best mattress for us! We were really happy with his service and he gave us a great deal so even better!! Many thanks

I wanted to express my utmost satisfaction with the service at Dreams Luton. On my first day, Steve warmly greeted me and recommended trying the sleepmatch. He suggested a few mattresses and pillows for me to test.Upon returning with my family today, Naveed greeted us and discussed our options from the previous visit. Both Steve and Naveed showed impressive knowledge about mattresses and sleep comfort. Naveed recommended a few more mattresses until I made a decision.Their service was exceptional—they offered hot refreshments and made the purchasing process effortless, answering all our questions.I felt well taken care of and welcome to return if any issues arise, though I don't expect any.I highly recommend consulting with these sleep experts.

Had an amazing experience at dreams in luton, we were greeted and helped by with a lovely and friendly guy named Nav. He was the most helpful with getting us sorted with the best products. He was very accommodating, providing us with a pillow and also drinks. Couldn’t have been provided with a better service. Overall 10/10 experience!

It’s been a excellent experience, we were greeted, as we went into the store, Nav was very helpful, he took the time to show and explain the different options which were available for my mother, he was able to sleep match to my mothers needs. We were all offered a nice cold drink. When we were going through the order, he took his time to go through the extra options which were available such as pillows, duvets and mattress covers. He was so lovely and gentle with my mother, I highly recommend the store, excellent customer service.

Popped into Dreams this morning. Went on the amazing sleep machine. Served by Nav who looked after us very well and was very knowledgeable.On the whole a very pleasant experience . Thankyou for the coffee.
