Worst garage experience. Guy behind the desk is rude and comes across as a complete mutant, which he is. I was phoning for hours trying to get a question answered as my car was in with them and they would not pick up the phone! I ended up driving down in my work van and in person i physically watched that big lazy oaf sat behind his desk ignoring my call whilst I’m phoning 10 meters away from him outside the window.Car came back with more problems than I put it in with. Never again.

Ordered 205/55 R16 tyres online from Halfords. Took a while for them to get them in. When they fitted the tyres, they fitted 195/55 r16. After attempting to call and complain and being told someone would get back to me, I ended up having to complain to Halfords head office. Car now booked in for tomorrow to change the tyres for the ones I ordered.Hopefully they will make this painless and efficient.

Been there twice. Both times not helpful at all. First time to get a wiper blade. I was told they don't do the one needed for my Renault. The second time was today. Battery need for my car key. They wanted £7 to fit the battery. The assistant very unhelpful , was told the batteries are over there. Going to go my local shop fitted for £3 when I go home. Great customer service from Halfords with a grump. Thanks for nothing.

Very helpful and nice guys.. had a short wait but they sorted my headlights out in no time all... even showed me how to do it myself if it happens again, and gave me a discount for signing up to a loyalty program. Would recommend Halfords in Inverness.

Bizarre experience with the bike repair team.I booked in for a spoke repair. I explicitly said in the booking it was a spoke repair. The website offered a specific booking for a spoke repair.Took the bike in at the allotted time only for the lady at the repair desk to tell me, and i quote directly, “We won’t be able to do that. We don’t really stock spokes. Maybe try (names alternative bike shop)”.If you don’t do spoke repairs then why advertise that you do and invite customers to specifically book spoke repairs?What a waste of a morning that was.

Got told I'd have to wait 10 minutes until the guy had finished another light he had to fix. To then get side swiped and the guy going to do a window wiper first, been waiting Iver half hour now.. Not good enough, and all the staff have faces like they've been done over

Thanks so much to the guys at Halfords Inverness today for their excellent customer service. Had my windscreen wipers changed and a check of my car’s lights, oil, etc. - all done very quickly & efficiently. & yes, I do know how to change the windscreen wiper blades myself but it would have taken me so much longer!

Welcoming, patient and going the extra mile. So pleased with the service. When I went to car realised I needed something else. Instead of making me queue up again, I was led to free counter that was not in use and served. Excellent!

Turned up at 4pm on a Sunday, without an appointment, and they fitted new windscreen wipers to our SWB 2006 Peugeot Boxer in minutes. Excellent service. Wipers were £20. Fitting service was £10 extra.
