Refused a refund request for a pair of faulty earphones bought on the same day and ripped me off with an alternative that’s £20 cheaper in other stores (they charged me £50).

Selling poor quality fake IPhone chargers for £10 (telling you is real) which stop working at the same day . Two hours later after I bought it ,I try to take it back and get refund . They start shouting on me “WE DONT DO REFUNDS!”Don’t go there !Never received such “Customer service “They have to be reported ,surprise how they running “this business “ in the middle of London

Had a new screen fitted for over s hundred quid, it broke in one day in my back pocket,found out the screen fitted was the poorest quality screen money could buy, i fiund glass in my pocket!!!!
