Milton Keynes Theatre & Gallery Company

A large modern theatre situated near eateries & a multi storey car park. Not sure hiw thoroughly they vet acts as the Motown show we saw there recently was very poor & not value for money. That said the shows they can attract for London are inevitably good.

Great theatre with nearby multi story car park ( Pay for parking on the way in as queues are long afterwards). It is a bit of a walk but goes past restaurants and bars on the way. Theatre has an app you can download and gets drinks and food delivered to you seat in the interval and costs no more than going to the bar.

Another great show, at a lovely theatre!This is a modern, clean and well organised theatre and I have seen many shows here.The parking is free after 6pm and plentiful.Just been to see Summer Holiday with my Mum and Auntie.Great show full of sixties songs that they both loved.It is an entertaining and energetic show with a young enthusiastic cast, it is vibrant, colourful, and uplifting and we all enjoyed it.The theatre staff were very helpful as my Mum had to take a walker with her, which the staff looked after and returned when she needed it.We all had a great time!

Milton Keynes theatre...... Well, the show was good but that was it, as for the theatre, I didn't think too much of it..Nibbles and drinks are excruciatingly expensive. Several times what the shop prices are. I get that they will be a bit more expensive, but it was the most expensive I have seen and had to pay...The seats and floor were dirty. With bits of food & filth everywhere. Everything felt grubby.Leg room was just enough to sit down in, if you were unfortunate enough to have to let someone get by, it felt like you were having an affair with them...We went to see a comedian who was good.The sound quality and lighting was ok.By choice, not sure I'd use that one again.

It's a good theatre.I would highly recommend that you take up their offer of being able to buy your drinks/snacks before the show starts as they then lay it out on b the side ready for you to collect during the interval.

MK theatre is a fantastic place to go, my MIL, my wife and I went to see Matilda, the theatre is modern, clean and accessible.My only grip would be that the seats can only be accessed from the end of each row that spans the entire width of the theatre, making it a ball ache when some needs to leave their seat for any reason. Apart from that a great night was had by all! Btw the kids are amazing in this production, well worth a visit if you liked the book or movie Matilda!

Great modern theatre of significant enough size to attract proper West end productions without the hassle of going on to London.Good facilities and fair prices, only marking it down 4 stars as I would still like more legroom between the seats and a steeper rake but it's better than most of the older London theaters.

Marvellous Matilda - from ticket collection to the production was fabulous. My boys and I had a beautiful evening together watching a beautifully produced show.The only thing that I feel could be improved was the seat - it was a little uncomfortable after I'd sat in it for nearly 3 hours.

A modern theatre lacking some of the atmosphere, style and grace of older theatres I have visited. Facilities are lacking and the toilets make a petite teen extremely claustrophobic. Bar prices are high, starting at 2.50 for s bottle of water.Seating is reasonable with sufficient legroom. View of the stage is excellent.Staff are the saving grace for the theatre, with all being polite, cheerful and helpful.

Excellent modern theatre. Plays and musicals come here from West End or are tried here before going to the London theatres. They have a web site with all the information or a booking office inside the theatre. They also have a Bistro where you can eat before the show but you must book all details on website. There are bars and coffee sold on the premises. Some of the prices for certain shows are similar to London theatres but some are very reasonable.
