This is a small independent family firm and it shows. From the moment I made the first call I was treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity. I cannot describe what a difference it made to have such genuine care and warmth from Jane and Andrew after my mother died. They made sure that every detail of the arrangements was effortlessly taken care of. I cannot thank them enough.

We instructed Harold Miles to take care of my late partner following his passing. Right from the initial phone call we were treated with empathy and support and involved with every stage of organising his service.We were given all the time we needed before his body was removed from the house and were were guided in the planning of his service.On the day of the service everything had been taken care of in a very professional manner and once again support was given.I would like to thank you sincerely for everything in what is a very emotional time for everyone.

We were highly recommended the services of Andy and his family by the Care Home where my late sister resided.We were welcomed into their family home/business with compassion and kindness throughout.
