Fantastic table,, I’m in love with it

My garden furniture arrived within the time given, well packed and in excellent condition and communication with customer service was excellent throughout. I would recommend this company and be very happy to buy from them in the future.

We ordered a ceramic dining table from tables and chairs. The communication from the team has been great right from when we ordered. Delivery of the table came before the promised date. Customer service is fantastic. We had a slight issue during assembling and the owner immediately made a video how to resolve it which was really appreciated. The table itself is fantastic quality and very well built.

Great product and great prices, honestly one of the best around and I did a lot of research before choosing them.

Appalling delivery, the tabletop alone weighs around 80Kg and the base another 10Kg and when the delivery men arrived they told me in very broken english that they would not deliver to dining room. I have since double checked on the website and nowhere does it state the weight, so I did not realise how heavy it is. We have an upside down house and our dining room is upstairs.We have recently moved house and I have bought furniture from various places, all that warned if the item was heavy and that extra payment was needed to deliver to the room when I got to checkout. This company did not. There is no way I could lift this table with my husband. My husband rang the company and they were not interested in our complaint, they really did not listen to what we were saying.Luckily for us, our removals men arrived shortly after the table, and took pity on us and 2 of the chaps, delivered the table to our room where it sat until a friend visited who helped my husband build the table, again because we could not move move it together.The table is beautiful, but the customer service is dreadful and I will not buy from this company again. Everytime I look at the table, I am really upset by the whole awful delivery, Please think carefully before dealing with this company. If your item is heavy, be aware if you pay for delivery to the room ( I eventually found this in the very small print) it is not guaranteed it will be delivered to your room if they don't deem it is safe to do so.When we opened the box to build the table we discovered that on one of the legs there is also a small dent where the paint has also chipped off.The table looks very nice now it is built, but I currently cannot get enthusiastic about it, due to the trauma of the delivery.Only buy this table if you have several extremely strong people to move it and to build it for you. The legs come separately and the tabletop needs to be laid down to attach legs before turning it over to stand up.

lovely table and significantly cheaper than other well-known retail stores for the same table delivery company was good young lad was very pleasant and polite table was very easy to put together was done in less than an hour all good five stars

Our ceramic dining table arrived faster than stated and packaged very well. However, there were Screw studs missing (needed to put the table on a hard floor surface as without it the bolts underneaththe base plate would damage our tiled floor and sit unevenly). We emailed via their site and never had a response. We managed a DIY solution to the problem and actually love the product otherwise, it really is a stunning table. However, for an item of that price point we really expected better.

Ordered a white ceramic table last week. Absolutely fantastic service arrived faster than expected. Delivery guys were great called before to arrange a delivery date. Thanks guys fantastic job would definitely recommend and buy again Tom

i purchased a Root Table which the delivery men damaged my floor i told tables and chairs they said theyll look into this which since have just ignored me no reply to emails or calls worst customer service will be taking legal action. THINK TWICE AS ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ITEM THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU

My teak tree root table is a lovely piece of furniture. Great customer service from Table.chairs nothing was a problem and prompt reply to emails. Would definately recommed to friends
