I had a fabulous experience getting 2 pieces designed and made, all fully remotely. After an initial consultation, I got a hand drawing and then a CAD drawing so that I could see exactly what it would look like. The results are stunning and at extremely good value (trust me, I looked and looked). They managed my expectations around delivery times very well and met my deadline.Highly recommended!

My husband and I bought our wedding bands from Ingle & Rhode and could not be more pleased with them. It was really important for us to find an ethical jeweler and we were thrilled to be able to have our rings made with recycled gold. The service we received at the shop was wonderful as well. We were able to sit and try many styles throughout our appointment without being rushed at all. Thank you for making our ring purchasing experience such a special one!

I came across Ingle and Rhode on social media and loved their designs. When I looked into them more, the ethical stance was really attractive. We had a lovely, no pressure experience with Ellie last summer to select the ring, which was ready to collect a couple of months later. We then returned to choose our wedding rings too, and were even offered the ability to clean my engagement ring while we were there. It’s been a lovely experience dealing with Ellie and Tim, couldn’t recommend more highly.

We bought our wedding bands and engagement ring from Ingle & Rhode because it was important for us to use an ethical jeweller. All 3 rings were bespoke designs, and the team were fantastic with helping us get our ideas together. The final rings were all stunning and exactly what we wanted, and it was great to know that the materials used to make them were obtained in a non-exploitative way. All of the staff we interacted with, both during the design stages and for collection were responsive, friendly, helpful and professional. A great experience overall and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I cannot recommend Ingle and Rhode enough. My partner proposed with a temporary dress ring and I loved it, but I wanted something that would last a lifetime. I sent them a picture and they recreated the ring perfectly. I went through the design process entirely via email and it was so easy and communication was always SO fast and friendly. Bianca was just brilliant. She suggested the perfect diamond at a really good price.I messed up with my sizing, so went for a free ring resizing appointment whilst I was in London and they turned it around in three working days.I’m SO happy with my engagement ring and get so many compliments and actual gasps. A sales person noticed it whilst I was in a different jewellery shop at the weekend and couldn’t believe how good the quality and price was.Beautiful ring and incredible service. Thank you :)

Having a bespoke engagement ring designed and made my Ingle and Rhode was the perfect choice for my finance and I. From beginning to end, staff were very informative, helpful, organized, and quick to respond.The drawings/sketches they first produced were wonderful and staff very receptive to feedback. The CAD software was brilliant and the end result matched the design perfectly.I would highly recommend their bespoke and ethical sourcing services. This was very important to my fiancé and I and they did not disappoint.

Having our engagement ring and both our wedding bands designed and made by Ingle and Rhode using their bespoke service we couldn't be happier. The service we received was absolutely perfect, the engagement ring was complete on the Thursday evening and at my door in Aberdeen (at the other wend of the country) first thing Friday morning just in time for me to pop the question.We really can't recommend them highly enough, always friendly and on hand to help out with queries and give their expert input to the designs. We look forward to having more pieces commissioned by them in the future.
