Wantage House Dental Practice
Have had the unfortunate experience of visiting this practice twice in two months. On both occasions I was made to wait a significant amount of time past my appointment to be seen. Reception staff just don’t care and when questioned contradict themselves. Genuinely this is a pot luck practice and would not recommend them at all. That said when you do get seen they do good work…

Dentist was friendly, informative and provided a non-stressful experience. However, the paperwork provided by the receptionist had the wrong name and address on it and one of my future appointment times did not match the subsequent email resulting in having to phone the surgery, which incidentally took several minutes to be answered despite being number one 1 in the queue. No apology was offered by the receptionist for her mistake and the confusion it caused.

Had a wisdom tooth extraction today with Alex. CANNOT fault him at all. Talks you through everything he's going to do/doing. The right amount of pain relief so that I didn't feel a thing and quick too. Honestly no issues whatsoever.

Very average experience.My appointment was 15 minutes late but there was no mention of this upon my arrival.I spent 4 minutes in the consultation for an annual checkup. Can't say I felt I got my £25 worth....not in comparison to previous visits

Wantage House Dental Practice
Have now received the range of treatments including fillings, extractions, dentures and root canal. Always carefully done without any painful reactions. Very pleased to have this treatment on the NHS, as well as dental support when preparing for surgery.

Not always running to time, but I feel that it shows they work to the patient's needs not the clock.I had root canal treatment and crown. Time will tell how good it is.Pleasant and helpful staff.

I saw the hygenist today, she is always very pleasant as are the other staff and makes a point of telling you what she is doing.Kept to appointment time and easy to make my next appointment
