Took our rabbit in emergency appointment as she stopped eating and drinking for over 2 days, was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with her but would give her an injection to ease her bowel , total cost £76.Surely any vet would know a rabbit that hasn't eaten or drank, for that time must be ill and suspect G.I stasis ?? But no, not here. She died 3 hours later. She was only 3 years old and was a lively healthy girl a few days before. Terrible.

Really lovely people who are patient and understanding with my very frightened greyhound.Highly recommend their 365 Plan where you pay a small amount each month and it covers flea and worming treatments, annual vaccination boosters and health check, claw clipping, and more.I recommend them.

Shocking!Took out a 365 plan on Monday and while it stated they would want our dog to come in once the plan was activated they didn’t say there would be a cost for this in addition to the initial payment made. We have since found others that don’t do this so while only 4 days (Thursday) into our 14 day cooling off period we called to cancel.My wife spoke to someone who started off polite but then changed her tone when we made her aware we wished to cancel. She wanted to know why we were cancelling and seemed a little taken a back, as they had already received the initial £15.50, my wife requested this to be refunded and the woman on the phone was less than convincing, passing comment under her breath about taking the account details correctly and making sure it was clear, and insinuating that a refund would take some time and that a manger would need to be spoken to about this.My Wife said we will be chasing this in one week should this not be in our bank.14 day cooling off period is exactly that, a cooling off period. Change your attitude, refund the money without delay or I will be paying you a visit.Lucky escape for us, avoid at all costs.

Polite and courteous staff. Veterinary nurse was very friendly. They always ask if you have any other concerns and check your pet hands-on.

Thank you for taking care of all of our pets needs. Staff on reception are helpful and chatty, vets and nurses are compassionate and caring. They made a very sad situation easier for us with their reassurance that we were doing the right thing. Prices are competitive, I would definitely recommend the 365 plan for dogs.

Easily found near lidls in the square area of shops..Parking is 2 hours for free.I find these vets to be very helpful and professional.Yes sometimes they can appear to be very busy, which indeed they are, but the waiting room has ample space, and the women behind the counter are friendly.Their prices are also extremely reasonable vs other rip of vets around Northamptonshire!!I definitely recommend them !!

Reception ladies are always lovely and helpful. Vets are very helpful and compassionate and explain what treatment they are going to give.

Very good advice and very friendly . My dog is making good progress to being well again . Thanks to the vets advice. Highly recommended. They also give discount for bluelight card which is brilliant.
