I had a pedicure, but I won't go back, the lady was nice, but the nails were horrible. Waste of money

Booked this last minute on the same day - I booked an intimate wax and a massage . Firstly, the massage was great. Very friendly professional. The waxing therapist was very friendly and she did say I didn’t have very long hair down there and I appreciate that I should have checked this before hand. I had a bit of a reaction to the wax but Sue did speak to me over the phone and reassured me about this which alleviated my concerns.

I came here for some body waxing. Sue was really lovely and I felt comfortable and welcomed. Sadly, not all of the hairs in my bikini area (Hollywood) got removed and she left some sticky wax on my skin, so I had to do some clean up when I got home. Despite that, I didn't get a lot of irritation afterwards, which was good. All in all, it was fine but a little improvable. :-)

Really good service... Violet was the one who done my hair she was really nice and sweet. Will recommend her to everyone...

Money grabbing business!! I would definitely avoid, I went for a patch test and was fine, had my lashes done, went on holiday the next day to find the next morning my eyes had gone red and itchy. I have had them done plenty of times before (not from here) so know how to look after them and know when something is wrong, I have been told from the manager, I should have contacted them whilst on holiday, my main concern would not have been to find Internet to contact the salon but to make sure my lashes were taken off so did not cause further problems! Manager is a disgrace, no compassion at all. Company should be shut down. No wonder they have moved to a smaller shop, probably don't have the customer base anymore!! I am not a customer who is wanting a refund but some compassion would have gone a long way.

Jenny was amazing during me first full body wax appointment. She made me feel comfortable and the waxing went amazing. Will definitely visit again! Highly recommend this place and Jenny for waxing, manicure and pedicure.

As someone who's used to waxing, the most recent experience has left me red and sore. I'm never usually red and sore from a wax for this long. Not all the hairs were removed and having to finish the job myself was not what I paid for. Although not a new customer, I was somewhat fond of the beautician because of how well she had waxed me before as there were no issues.As I wasn't aware of the context of the situation, being called out of the blue to come in earlier for my appointment interrupted my day and although I was compliant, this wasn't ideal. The customer service was average, there were simple pleasantries but it was clear the beautician wanted to get the job over and done with. This made for a rushed rather than a calming experience. Due to personal reasons, my hairs were longer than appropriate and instead of trimming, the beautician went straight into waxing. Albeit, partly I'm accountable for leaving it long, but I thought the beautician was inconsiderate of this.Compared to my first experience, I felt the beautician had compromised efficiency for the quality of work and this was evident.Edit: Admittedly, it's been a few months and I was meant to edit my review. I have upped the rating as I do believe the establishment offer satisfactory services in the months I have attended appointments. I appreciate the phone call I received regarding the service I had, and was thankful things were ironed out. However, things can happen and it's not always the case where everyone walks out with a 5* service, hence why my original review is still displayed.

I had mahan doing my eyelash lift . I was so pleased with the results she was so lovely throughout professional and very friendly. I would only go back to her and recommend her highly x

I came here on a Monday and there was only one hairstylist, Eventhough I made an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for my haircut which I had no problem with but when it came to my turn, the entire process felt very rushed.On the website, a dry haircut is listed for 30 minutes but mine was only 20 minutes despite the fact that I have fairly long and thick hair. I asked for a trim and some layers and with very little consultation, she proceeds to cut off 4 inches my hair in one chop. I was pretty shocked at how short my hair was after the cut. There was no checking in throughout the process and the worst part was it was clear that this person has no experience cutting textured asian hair.I highly recommend you go somewhere with someone who knows how to work with your hair. The hairstylist just kept brushing through my hair (pretty roughly as well, again she was rushing through my cut). When your hair is already naturally wavy, brushing though it and then cutting leaves it very frizzy and it’ll end up looking even shorter once it’s washed and back to it’s waved texture.Finally, the haircut was supposed to be 22 pounds and I’m a student so there should’ve been a discount but when I mentioned this, she was very reluctant to give a discount and said that because my hair is long, with a discount it’s 23.50 pounds, I have no problem paying that but it was not mentioned before which I think is fairly unreasonable.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this salon especially if you have Asian or textured hair. The service was pretty poor and the haircut was unsatisfactory, I left feeling really unhappy especially since it took my a while to grow my hair long and she carelessly cut it without giving much consultation.
