DLAM Dance Fit
I absolutely love these Dance Fit classes and the instructors Charlie and Nikki are top quality ladies who know how to have fun and bring it out of you that the classes don't feel like hard work. Then the cooling/wind down part of the session really helps you get in touch with yourself to help off load all the tension that has been held in so you are ready to face the next days challenges. As I had been struggling with finances I have been granted the funding from them for free classes until I can sustain the cost myself. Thankyou so much. Best Wishes Kerry Purle

DLAM Dance Fit
Absolutely love this class. It has a bit of everything from actual exercise, to a bit of weights to a bit of core and lots of stretching and relaxation at the end. And it's so much fun! Genuinely doesn't feel like exercise. And no, you don't have to be fit or be able to dance. Really!!

Having more excess weight than co-ordination, no dance skill and low fitness I feared any class until I found Nikki and dance fit. Ladies and Gents I can't tell you how fun it is, yes you sweat, but it's better than Botox on the laughing front.. You don't need any skill or co-ordination, you really don't need to look good in lycra, you just need the will to try and the ability to laugh basically. It's great fun, great exercise, the ladies are lovely and Nikki is awesome at inspiring you whilst having a giggle x

First class last night! Absolutely loved it, really good mix of cardio, weights and stretches and all done in a really fun way. Brilliantly friendly atmosphere..have pre booked my next 5 classes and can’t wait!!

I love dance fit, it’s fun exciting, I look forward to it every week, Nikki the instructor is so kind and welcoming. I could not think of a better fitness class to go to!

DLAM Dance Fit
I joined this class after returning to work from maternity leave as I had really enjoyed the DLAM baby wearing dance class and wanted to carry on with a dance exercise class. Nikki has been great in both these classes and we have a laugh. Highly recommend. There is different options of steps available for a range of abilities.

This is the first class I've ever stuck with. Lovely bunch of people, all ages and abilities. Nikki is so motivating and a brilliant instructor. What I love about this class is how it always includes cardio, weights, abs and relaxation for a full body and mind workout x
