I've used NR Health and Fitness in Attleborough for 18 months now. In that time I have achieved my initial goals and more.It's easy to access at literally anytime, day or night which is convenient when working long hours.Staff are friendly, there is a wide range of equipment and activities and at a very affordable price.Highly recommended.

I highly recommend NR Attleborough.With its 24 hour access it suits everyone’s lifestyle no matter what work or lifestyle commitments you may have.There is a variety of classes available to participate in daily which are run by all the friendly staff.The classes are a great way to motivate you and to try lots of different exercise techniques.Then you have the gym floor itself spreading across 2 levels which are fully equipped with a large variety of plate and pin loaded equipment and great cardio area.This club offers everything!

I've never been a gym goer and I've always struggled to find a gym where I feel like I fit in but I've been with NR for two years now and I've never felt judged. The staff are super friendly and always around to help and the classes are really beneficial! Definitely recommend ☺️

I mainly use the gym for the classes and keep going back as all the trainers are so friendly, motivating, knowledgeable and push you - which I need. Great club. Big thumbs up from me.

Can't rate the two yoga teachers and the Pilates teacher enough, they have really helped me with my posture, flexibility and mobility beyond belief. The gym is always investing in new equipment and the staff are very friendly and helpful. All the classes are included in the monthly cost which is amazing!

I enjoy training at the gym the equipment is very good the trainers and staff are friendly and helpful. The yoga classes are good too. All round it's a lovely gym.

I have been with NR since 2021. They have the right equipment, the gym are well maintained, all of the gym staffs from the past and present are friendly and approachable. The good thing about NR is they reinvest back into the gym to motivate gym-goers like us to join.
