They delivered my C60 Trident in a week's time to New York City. Beautiful time piece. I have to tell you one of the best dive watches I've owned. Don't hesitate and get yourself one. Time is too precious not to wear a time piece that reflects durability.

I've purchased seven watches from Christopher Ward over the last 18 months and have been very happy with the service I've received up until now. I paid for a watch in December 2022 with the initial delivery date of March/April 2023. This date passed and after several messages was given a new date of May/June. This deadline was also missed. More messages from myself revealed a new deadline of July/August. This week after messaging for another update I was informed that production were struggling and to be patient (or words to that effect) I'm sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous and not the way to treat customers. I shouldn't have to chase up information. I've cancelled my order and requested an email from Mike France (the boss) I've certainly purchased my last ever Christopher Ward watch. Terrible customer service from a company i used to hold in high regard.Update - I've haven't had the courtesy of an email from Mike France. The company obviously aren't bothered about customer retention.

I cannot recommend a visit to C Wards head office enough. I had a fantastic time trying on their range. Seeing and trying in person really made a difference for me. I came with my eye on a Twelve and left with another watch entirely. A worthy visit for C Ward enthusiasts.

Very fine time pieces. Superior quality for the price.. great staff and great customer service.. I’ve owned about 12 of their watches and they do not disappoint. I’m always getting more haha.. Olivia and the cw team is nothing short of great.. also the owner Mike is a truly wonderful person as well it was a pleasure meeting them all at wind up nyc..

Really poor customer support. After sending back my watch for repair because condensation was forming inside the watch I was told “You cannot return the watch and exchange it for a new one every 5 years.” Still taken back by comment as I just wanted it fixed. It’s a £1k watch not a throw away Casio. Would highly recommend you avoid this company, some very nice watches but seemingly not so well made and if you have any issues then don’t waste your time contacting or sending it back. You’ll get a sarcastic reply and your watch will be in same poor condition.
