I attempted to shop at this store on the morning of 10/07/23 with my husband who is in a wheelchair, but upon entry we were informed they have NO wheelchair trolleys and they don't know when they'll have any available. Customer services advised I should complain via the helpline. Online shopping is very hit and miss too with items listed as unavailable, but they are on the shelves if you visit in person.

I recently visited the Asda Killingbeck Cafe, hoping to satisfy my coffee addiction while grocery shopping with my partner. The cafe boldly claimed to serve Seattle's best coffee, but my experience left me highly disappointed.Upon perusing their limited menu, I settled on my favorite drink, a hazelnut latte. However, this cafe managed to turn even this simple order into a bizarre experience. The coffee machine was broken, and I was handed an empty cup without a lid, instructed to use an automatic machine to serve myself. To make matters worse, the hazelnut syrup was poured directly from a bottle without any measurement at the till. This whole setup felt more like a visit to a low-quality gas station with one of those subpar Costa coffee machines. To make matters worse, the machine ran out of milk, and I had to wait for one of the overwhelmed team members, who was already struggling to attend to other customers, to refill it.Overall, the experience was characterized by terrible service, low-quality coffee, and a hefty price tag of £3.59, especially when you're essentially left to serve yourself. There was a complete lack of customer service, and the waiting time seemed never-ending. My local cafe offers far superior coffee with an acceptable level of customer service, making the Asda Killingbeck Cafe a disappointing choice for any coffee enthusiast.

Waited 30 minutes for our food at the cafe, when it arrived (after I had to asked how long it would be) the plates were red hot but unfortunately the food was flat cold and partly wrong. When I approached the staff they said “ do you want us to microwave it” Highly disappointed so asked for a refund.

Mislabelled goods again. This is about the third time I've seen goods in this asda advertised at the wrong price. This time they had a full stand of 1ltr baileys on offer at £10. All the bottles on the stand were 1ltr. When you get to the checkout though, they say that it's the 70cl bottles that are on offer. Having incompetent staff that can't stack the shelf with the correct product is not an excuse for wasting customer's time. If you advertise a product for that price you need to sell it at the advertised price. Dreadful service.

I am a regular customer at Killingbeck and I shop two or three times a week. My bug bear is the scanner station that is not kept stocked up. I am constantly having to ask someone to replenish the scanners. In fact a few weeks ago I spoke to a manager who said she would take it on board and speak to the staff. Obviously it didn’t make a difference! as today we had the same problem and on speaking to a member of staff I noticed baskets full of scanners. What is the point of this station when it’s not refilled on a regular basis. So much for customer service. I used my mobile to scan which I found inconvenient plus I then forgot to scan my asda points due to using a different method. Your staff planning and management is extremely poor leaving only a couple of people manning the self service tills it’s no wonder the scanners do not get replenished.

Hate this place, absolute chaos every time I go in. Asked a member of staff where an item was he said he didn't know and walked off. Carnage. The guy that works in the food counter is always super friendly.

This used to be a good store, it isn't now. The place looks dated and tired, the staff didn't even know where the baking section was, not one but two staff members directed me to the bakery I wanted to bake a cake, not buy one. I then went to the checkout to pay for the few items I had in my trolley HaHa. The self checkout had a queue a mile long and there were hardly any tills with operatives on them, 20 long minutes later I finally got to the front only to be told that I would have to at with cash because the system had a fault I gave up in the end left my stuff at the till and went to Tesco, where the staff look happier and are way more helpful. Not going back.

Went to take a ready meal out of the fridge section & noticed the price was covered up with an out of stock" label. I reached in to move the label out of the way & was nearly knocked off my feet by a member of security shoulder barging me. Deliberately assaulting customers in this way is not just unacceptable
