CAUTION: I strongly advise against doing business with this company, even if the price is tempting. Our company ordered a Bike Freezer and had to pay in advance to start production. Instead of early July, it was delivered in August. There was no proactive communication about the delays. When the bike arrived, it was incomplete (no roof as agreed and paid for), damaged (various damages due to insufficient protective packaging), the graphics were pixelated in places, and the necessary customs documents were only provided upon request. The cherry on top: Despite numerous inquiries, complaints, and evidence photos, the company is ignoring all requests ever since (now up to 6) and we are stuck with a trash bike.I can only repeat: Avoid at all costs.
