Appalling!!! Arrived early on a Sunday for our table, told we weren’t allowed to order a drink because we were 20 minutes early. Also told we couldn’t order from the bar. Not told how to order or see the menu. 50% of the food was sold out but considering it was a 12:30 booking. Service was very very very slow and almost non existent. We have been here an hour and ten minutes and still no food! Told us the steak could only be cooked well done. 3 steaks on the menu, only one option not sold out and they only had one of those which HAD to be well done. We nearly walked out numerous times. The worst restaurant I have visited in years.

We just love the cinema at Sussex Exchange.It’s an intimate cinema experience, approximately 40 seats of which 6 are premium reclining seats (these are the ones we always book).It’s more expensive than mainstream cinema’s but you get what you pay for.It’s almost like being in a cinema room in your own home. Comfortable & relaxing.The air conditioning was set perfectly and the sound quality was amazing.Give it a go, you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed the VIP theatre, a bit over priced but it was a very nice experience. We went over to the restaurant later and we had a pleasant time, our server Jane however really elevated our experience there, she was attentive and did her very best to made sure myself and my wife were having a good time and enjoying our food. Service is something that I look forward to always, and Jane outdid herself. It would be nice if the restaurant can implement a tipping service on the card system. We really wanted to leave her a tip but had no cash.

Great atmos and service. Very easy to order and food was good. Slightly dry chicken burger but starters were great. Jack served us and was awesome. Definitely try the cocktails. Will return.

Had a table of 9 booked. Was well presented in the venue and had a nice atmosphere. Sadly that’s the best bit. The drinks order was a shambles. Half came out and then had to chase for the other half ten minutes later. Told they were coming but could see they had just got busy on other tasks. We had 5 different waiters come to the table so no consistency. The air con above us was dripping water on our friends and all over the floor, told three different waiters, nothing was done. Long puddle across the floor which wasn’t mopped up either. Madness.Food was overpriced and not very tasty. Vegan options were a burger and chips or a pepper with some rice in it. Super expensive for what it is. Puddings were missing ice creams and flavours. So much potential but for the price and service it doesn’t justify itself. Visited here about a year or so ago and it didn’t have any vegan options, so some small progress I guess.

Shame I could only leave 5-star to be honest. Atmosphere speaks for itself, in fact, absolutely speaks for itself in every way, very nice and boujee. Staff are super friendly and happy, quick and attentive. Food was great and reasonable prices too for what you get, drinks are amazing. Thanks for a lovely time guys, I will be back. If you have not been here, you are missing out, get yourself here!

What can I say for our date night after having our little one 6 months ago. The tomahawk steak was simple delicious and just melted in the mouth compliments to the chef. Staff members kind, friendly and supportive. And the cocktails simply elegant and morish !Thank you to you all that made our evening fun and comfortable hopefully see you again soon. X
