Finding myself sharing the road with one of their engineers this morning wouldn't instill me with confidence. I kept my distance as he held up traffic by hogging the outside lane which, in itself is only slightly annoying. The fact that he was oblivious to the flashing headlights from other drivers because he was busy tapping away at his phone is simply unacceptable.Motorways are dangerous enough but if you're going to be that careless in breaking the law, don't do it in a vehicle with your employer's contact details all over the van.

Totally unacceptable services

Would give 0 stars. Totally unacceptable service provided with ridiculously long waits so that patients have grown out of their chairs by the time they finally arrive. Clinical physiotherapist lied to us on multiple occasions and also made measurement mistakes and instead of owning up to it, doubled down on it and tried to get us to leave with a poorly fitted chair. Basic needs have not been met for mydaughter leaving her with unsuitable supportive seating, unfit for outside use and is actually dangerous.
