Rhafael was first to reply to my request, really easy to chat to, gave a quote after asking for a few details. He also agreed an earlier date than he first gave availability for. He was really accommodating for us. The price was really decent too. Agreed straight away!Turned up bang on time, created minimal mess and were super clean and tidy. Standard of work was very high, lovely pro finish to the floor after our builders covered it in dirt and grime. They're super knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They are also really friendly, relaxed and confident in their skills. They offered to repair a few bits of unfinished flooring without me asking which speaks volumes. They'll be my go to flooring specialists from now on. Great job!

Rhafael came to quote on the same day I contacted him. The quote was reasonable compared to others so we agreed a date to lay the floor which I purchased. He was very helpful pre job recommending underlay/thresholds etc. He arrived on time to complete the job and he completed it on time to an excellent standard. After completion I noticed a small issue in the kitchen. He came back another date and sorted this out. Our flooring now looks great...really happy with the job! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Rhafael did a great job sanding our original hardwood floor and also made some repairs, I was very happy with the result. The floor was worn out - the result of really fabulous work. Very polite, friendly and professional. Would recommend

Rafael came to quote on the job to lay approx 35m sq of engineered oak flooring. Arrived at 8:30am as agreed with his colleague. They started cutting up my old carpet at which point i took a work call. I came back out of my kitchen at around 09:10 to see that they had disappeared. i assumed they had gone to get tools from the van as they had left the door open. When too much time had gone i tried to contact Rafael to check if he was ok thinking that he may have had an emergency. It became quickly apparent that he had blocked my number. I asked my partner to call him as she was at her office, he picked up straight away but when she asked what was going on he hung up and blocked her number too. This was a highly distressing experience that meant i had to figure out if i had been robbed.Do not trust Rafael or BRUK flooring. If i could give them a zero star review then i would have.
