For such a big store it does feel like there is not much stock, especially non-food. Good facilities although toilets usually need a good clean. Parking excellent - free after 6pm for quick visits.

It’s okay but lacks many ‘healthier’ options for example there is no good bread in the bakery - all full of vegetable oils, preservatives and cheap flours.Some good deals are here. Be careful of bulk packets of vegetables and fruits as the include at least one rotting, broken or bruises item.

Good shop, the instore mobility scooter gave up after about half an hour. But staff helped to sort it, no other scooter was charged???? But the store was clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Not been shopping at Asda for a long time trying again after a bad experience at another supermarket. The problem is not the parking,it's the parking meters. Typing in your registration the key board is so small, the last thing you want to do on cold windy wet winter days. Sure it was not like this when it first opened.Probably why I don't visit any shops on Central 12.Shopping at Asda was good , I used scan &go for the first time, brilliant!Your red offer deal labels very hard to read yet again so small.Service was brilliant when asking for help with the scanner.Apart from the off putting queue behind me at the parking meters, nearly gave up! All was good.Alan

Some of the staff require people management skills and common sense! It was last Christmas with large queues but the self service was almost empty, I tried to go through the self service with a small trolly but was very robustly sent to the large queues rather than the vacant self service! No common sense to facilitate the smooth movement of customers in my opinion.

When I shop at Asda, I never have found anything to complain about. It's tidy, bright and well organised.The complaints are probably from OLD people. Yes, the parking meters are not easy and yes , do have to queue.However..THE CAR PARK IS NOT ASDAS PROPERTY, NOR THE PARKING METERS , OR THE QUEUES. They are shared with other shops ,on central 12.Find out who owns the car park and complain to them.The problems encountered ARE NOT ASDAS FAULT.

Need to sort their staffing out!! I’ve had online deliveries for years from Asda, and the last few months have been the worst ever.. at least 6 substitutes a week.. has been as many as 12! Didn’t have that many in lock down, and it’s the basics like milk that’s getting substituted! It’s a good job the delivery guys are cheerful and friendly and so apologetic on your behalf! They understand the reasons customers aren’t getting what they ordered so why can’t the management and get it sorted..as usual tried to fix something that wasn’t broken ! Hopefully it improves otherwise will have to try another supermarket

Friday 18th August 2023I purchased a multipack of walkers chicken crisps. On opening realised sell by date 24.12.2022! Went back instore yesterday but unfortunately I couldn't find my receipt and was told nothing they could do. Surely mine wasn't the only packet I then went to check on shelf...all chicken crisps gone! As you're so busy moving every single item around in your store at the monemt is date checking and stock rotation not important! It might only be £2 but better in my pocket.Fed up of this asda not just this incident but lack of manned tills is also beyond a joke.

Never ever get a job here the operations manager SARAH bullies and abuses the staff tries to cancel pre approved holidays intimidates the staff and is horrible to be around, and you will get punished if she doesnt get her own way
