Holloway House Dental Surgery

I have just had my first appointment at this surgery. The customer service and the treatment I received was first class from every person I met there.

Brilliant service. Were able to register all 7 of us and get regular appointments. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. So grateful to be registered here.

I moved to the area a few years ago and struggled to find an Nhs dentists, finally I found Holloway house, and started visiting Dr Dibya to help me sort out my teeth. I’ve always been scared of the dentists, so she had her work cut out! She’s been so good, really gentle and gained my trust. I highly recommend this dentists.

Dr Divya and katy are brilliant they need to be looked after as dentists. I just moved to the area and struggled to find a dentist and needed treatment asap. Upon registering with holloway from the start i was looked after everyone in reception was so nice too. I was worried my tooth wouldnt be fixable but they made it possible. The previous dentists i have been with was very rude and boring and 1 of them ruined my teeth but divya fixed it somehow so theyre 100% best dentists around very trustworthy and great in general. Thank you divya so much i feel i can confidently smile now

Absolutely shocking experience. Tried to extract a tooth without any antibiotics a week prior to kill any infection. Then tried to pull the wrong tooth which wasn't even numbed cos the anesthetic didn't work. Then wouldn't refer me to the hospital and wanted to charge me £1000 to have tooth pulled after being put under at a later date. A traumatic experience to say the least. Am waiting to hear from dental negligence solicitor

Everyone one in this practise is lovely, George is wonderful with my children and they love visiting the dentist! I have always been nervous about going to the dentist as I had a bad experience as a child, but everyone here is so nice and caring even I don't mind going to the dentist now. I couldn't recommend this practise enough.

Dr Divya is a god send! I started coming because of severe gum problems. Dr Divya is treating my gums and me with skill and compassion. I know am in good hands with her. I look forward to my appointments every three months and I leave each time with a feeling of optimism. I only wish I'd visited sooner.

I have been with this dentist since 2012 and it has nose dived. I have a very painful sensitive tooth which was treated on emergency with a bonding material but is still hurting. I was told I would need a root canal but it couldn't be done until July. They said they would rearrange some appointments to fit me in earlier and would get back to me. They never did.

Appalling, unprofessional service. Family of five visited for routine check ups 3/5 have left the practice with various issues including botched fillings, infections and horrendous tooth ache. We have have since gone private to repair the damage done by George. I seriously question George’s credentials and urge the NHS to check this place ASAP. Avoid this practice.

if i could give 0 i would, avoid at all costs due to the fact that they are incompetent they can't even do a routine check up correctly, went to a private dentist 2 months later after having a check up at Holloway house and I have a massive filling that needs doing and might even need root canal as it so close to the root of my tooth which Holloway house missed.Also George needs his credentials checking as he said you need to have an implant its the only option you have at this point. My new private dentist measured the gap i have and implants aren't even an option for me as the gap is too small and they won't fit.All of them on reception desk are argumentative as well, booked an appointment for a Thursday turned up on the day for them to tell me it's tomorrow and it wasn't as I already had a GP appointment booked for Friday so I wouldn't of booked that appointment in the first place and she argued with me saying she did book it correct and she might of but the date that came out of her mouth must of been incorrect. they refused to book a different appointment as they were fully booked and the dentist was going on annual leave so I would have to call the nhs dental help line. I left that day crying and called the number they gave me and its no longer a thing anymore the answer machine you get directs you to call nhs 111.
