I really do not like Asda in Fraserburgh since the short lady with gray hair still has problems no matter how many times I show her her ID, when I forget.. she NEVER WANTS TO SELL ME cigarettes I'm 42 years old! More woman's have got the same problem with that lady.security guards very nervous..not nice

Poor range of fresh produce especially for the size of the store. Fruit and Vegetable section is a complete mess, so mixed up and jumbled, I don't think I've seen a major supermarket laid out so poorly before.Fresh meat section is also lacking, very poor selection of sausages for example, perhaps there is not much call for Sausages in Fraserburgh.On the plus side the store is clean and the staff are helpful.

Always something ! Today at 8am. There is no cashier, I wait 5min. nothing happens then a go to self-service checkout but is problem because I have a broken hand. I'm starting scan my products, then the worker runs and looks at my hands (Will I steal anything?) for my question why no one works on the checkout, responds that they have just opened. Is 8:07 am the shop was open 7am. no words!

I'd normally rate this shop much higher, but I've just made the mistake of shopping at 5pm. Two tills with people at them, both displaying 'This checkout is now closed'. The only available checkouts were the self service ones, which, by the time I left, had an almighty queue because folk were having to self checkout full trolleys of shopping. Sort yourselves out Asda! This is very, very poor management. The young people at self service were lovely and very apologetic and were trying their best to appease people, but nobody wants to checkout a weeks worth of groceries in self service and nobody wants to wait while others do. Perhaps staff shifts could be arranged so as some overlap?

Staff clearly don't care. All three lockdown they ignored there own safety rules. Today at the pumps half were not working staff member openly said to a customer it was not his problem
