Very helpful and friendly staff, lots of choice of good quality carpets in different colours and thicknesses/softness. Have bought from here before and would always return if in need of carpet or flooring. Also lots of free parking close by.

Warehouse on an industrial estate but easy to find. Free car park. Plenty of roll ends as well as cut from roll. Wide range of carpets at good prices. Helpful staff. No pressure to buy.Another visit and helpful advice given. Vaste variety of carpets at a wide range of prices.

We were really pleased with our new carpets. Fab service from Dave and the team, and even got rugs made up from the left overs. Great to keep it local.

Had been going here for years and spent a fair bit of money there, and had been really happy with them. Had a stairs and landing carpet supplied and fitted by them. Within a few months two holes appeared on one stair and then the same thing happened with the one below. Was told it was because my husband and two son’s feet were too big for the stairs (9 and 91/2 which I would say was average), weird as it has never happened before???!!!!. Since found out it was because the stair carpet had not been fitted correctly!!!!. Would never use them again!!!!UPDATE. Repeatedly rang to speak to John, never available, have even shown them pictures of the fitting, repeatedly been told someone will be in touch, no one has bothered.!!!
