Although I was very grateful to be seen at short notice and so late in the evening I was shocked at the cost. £377.42I was there no longer than 20 minutes the vet took seconds to access my puppy, even joking as we walked in dont appear to be anything wrong here" as my puppy was walking perfectly on reaching the practice!!I was given medication and told if I felt my puppy was moving ok and not in pain the next day not to administer it

Ok it was an emergency section given that .i felt as if i was just trying to be sold treements that wasnt needed.It came to £3050 .yes it was out of hours but upon return home and checking cost for the same emergency at most other vet out of hrs. I paid 50% higher than others .So i felt that i was taken advantage of at a moment of vulnerability .i would say they preyed on my heartstrings so felt like i had no other alterative but to pay whatever cost and they knew that..I would not recomend themThanks

Very efficient booking service and reception. We were seen within 2 hours of ringing up. Not their fault as we were delayed over an hour in travelling and trying to catch out cat! The vet Alex was superb. Kind, calm and very sympathetic to us and Tilly the cat who hates going to the vets. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. I was in such a flap and the woman was so understanding, calm n helpful on the phone. An hour drive later and the nurses, staff and everyone were fantastic and just amazing. Thank you for helping vinnie x

The staff are compassionate about their jobs and do everything in their care of the pets.I would also like to thank Alan from the Pet Ambulance, he was so kind to Dillon and made him as comfortable as he could in travelling to Vets Now. Alan is so compassionate, caring, friendly and does everything he can. He works very long hours and is an asset to the Pet Ambulance and loves his job.

Out of hours vets - couldn't ask for better. They were excellent with my cat, treating him and giving me advice. Also great with me, letting me know what was happening, next steps, reassurance. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Excellent service, treatment given was fully explained throughout. Felt reassured at all times. Staff communicated with usual Vets so there was a consistent process of care/ treatment.Despite our dog being extremely unwell at the time we thought he may not recover however he now appears well on the road to recovery.

Being harrased and threatened by letter after an additional charge was added to the bill after I settled the invoice in full. I have rang the company around 10 times to resolve. Each time they say they would look into the issue. After a few days I get another letter demanding payment.It comes across an extortion technique preying on people who are in a state of upset and distress to squeeze more money out of them.I would advise avoiding at all costs.

Cannot fault the professionalism, expertise, and care of the Vets Now team. Our dog was very recently waylaid by a sudden and acute bout of HGE, and the team at Vets Now looked after her so well that she has made a very quick and strong recovery (following 2 nights in hospital). Without the whole team - the vets, the nurses, and the receptionists - our dog most likely wouldn't have made it. As such, we are eternally grateful to the Vets Now folks for saving her life :)
