Airtastic Entertainment Centre Craigavon - Trampoline and Ninja

Airtastic is an awesome trampoline, park and we are lucky to have it on our doorstep. The staff are friendly Ollie loves the soft play he loves going to the trampoline park overall the food. (softplay pizza ) as Ollie calls it is excellent and really good value.

Booked all 12 ten-pin bowling lanes for Glenavon FC Academy Fun Night.The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.The facilities were really clean.The kids - aged 6 to 11 years old - had a fantastic time.Thank you.

A great evening with our school group at Airtastic craigavon. Sharna and her team were brilliant and the food was great as always. Thanks everyone.

Dissapointed with the new arcade system. Have to spend an arm and a leg getting tokens, and some games cost multiple of them, whenever before they were only £1 or £2. I really enjoyed the arcade here before, but feel like it is now completely without of my budget. Before I could’ve spent £20 and played quite a lot of games, but now it doesn’t get as many.The staff, however, are very friendly and polite. The area is clean and tidy, too. Just the new money robbing system isn’t great. I like to save tickets, also, but everytime I return the tickets I previously had are not on my card.

Nice place .kids had so much fun. There's a place for parents to sit while kids play. There's hot food too.

Had my sons Birthday Party here on the 29 Apr 2023. He went for the Bowling party and we were looked after by Sharlene. Everything was ready for us on arrival and all the facilities were spotless and we had no complaints at all. The food was lovely and overall experience was excellent.The main reason for this review is to praise Sharlene. Nothing was to much hassle for her and everything was done with a smile. All she wanted to do was to make sure my son has the best time and he really did. She went above and beyond and should be so proud of herself and her customer service skills. Airtastic are lucky to have her.

Whilst it is a really fun place for kids and is clean and tidy. The kids loved it,I would advise bringing your own snacks and drinks as the prices are ridiculous.The pre session talk by staff was less then enthusiastic to put it mildly and way above the kids head.As stated the place is great for kids but priced way above a lot of people’s budget.Can really do better please ?

Went there about a week ago and it was great. Kids loved it but were disappointed that the airbag jump wasn’t open. I told staff that we came here for this airbag. They were very considerate and gave us all free slushies. Food was pricy but had a discount card so that was good. Staff a bit grumpy but girl at the start was lovely and nice. Would recommend but don’t go there for the airbag as it may still be closed!!

Very poor experience. I brought 5 kids with me for my son's birthday. My son wore his socks from a trampoline park in Belfast (also red and black) with the exact same stickies on the soles. He was REPEATEDLY told by staff members to leave the trampolines and purchase 'airtastic' socks - he's 5 years old!! This upset him greatly and he wanted to leave. When I seen from the viewing area that one of the children who I was responsible for was upset, I removed my shoes and went down to reassure him and had two staff members approach me about buying airtastic socks! I explained repeatedly that I wasn't using the trampolines and would be leaving as soon as possible. Such an expensive waste of money! We will not be back!

Is a very nice place to spend time with family and friends, the staff is friendly. Good range of arcade games.
