Dean sorted out my hallway for me when there was problems with damp.He was very reliable and the workmanship was excellent . I would definitely recommend him to carry out work for me again. In fact I have problems in my bedroom and living room so I have arranged for him to complete the work in January as he his so busy. Full confidence in his work.

Dean has been a godsend to me and my husband we are looking to buy a property that has already had rising damp proofing treatment and has additional damp problems that needed to be investigated as per suggestion of surveyor Dean took the time to check the property for me and make suggestions of what needed to Investigated further He's been really helpful in giving us clear understanding of what we might be getting into if we proceed with the purchase and as requested gave us a quote for work that needs doing. I highly recommend Pioneer Damp Proofing. I've been worrying about possible rising damp issues in my period property for some time, I'd contacted two other companies who both quoted in the region of £2k for damp proofing treatment. Then I found Pioneer, Dean promptly came round and advised that I remove the thick wallpaper and give the walls a chance to breathe. This has made a huge difference, and Dean then came back a couple of months later and reassured me that there was no damp issue and was likely due to condensation, and advised on materials needed to redecorate. His advice has been second to none, he hasn't taken a penny and has ended up saving me £2k in uneccessary chemical damp proofing! If you're worried about damp in your property, then don't hesitate to give Dean a call.

Came home to find damp patches on an internal wall after a week of high winds and heavy rain.Thought the water may be penetrating damp, but wasn’t sure and wanted to find the root cause/how to fix it.I text Dean at 8am and he was at my home by 1pm the same day to look at the issue.He was friendly, polite and professional.
